COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS

Tri-County Towing (TCT) is celebrating its 4 year anniversary this November 2016.  We are a minority, woman owned family business who takes pride in friendly service.  Customers appreciate our compassion during their worst of times.  Our drivers are properly licensed and well trained in our fleet which includes 2 service vehicles, 2 flatbed tow trucks, 1 heavy duty wrecker and 1 medium duty wrecker.  We are currently affiliated with Honk, Urgent.ly, Pinnacle, Allied, Auto Helpline and Quest motor clubs.

We require annual background checks, drug testing and DMV records of our drivers.  Our training includes 2 week on the job training as well as written exams.  We currently work with Missouri City, Fort Bend and Harris County police departments.

We use Nextraq GPS and Towbook digital dispatching and invoicing system.  Our automated phone system routes each motor club request to the on-duty dispatcher or driver.
